1. Overview
AiO Finance Manager is an offline-first personal finance app built to keep day-to-day money tracking on your device. The app does not require you to create an online account, and your finance records remain local unless you explicitly export or share them.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

2.2 Data Transmitted to Your Server
Most features work fully offline. When you explicitly use optional connected features, transmitted data can include:
- Exchange-rate lookup requests for currencies you choose to refresh
- Local-network traffic between your device and browsers you connect to the optional LAN dashboard
- Exported files or shared data only when you intentionally trigger export or sharing
- Ad request data sent to Google AdMob when banner advertisements are shown to free-tier users (device identifiers, app usage context, and on iOS the advertising tracking status)
2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect
- Beyond Google AdMob (used solely for banner advertising in the free tier), we do not run analytics, crash reporting, or behavioural tracking SDKs.
- We do not require a cloud account to use the core app.
- We do not upload your finance database to our own servers.
- We do not access your contacts, location, or unrelated personal device data.
3. Third-Party Services
If you use exchange-rate features, requests may be sent to the selected rate provider for that purpose.
If you export or share files, the destination and handling depend on the app or service you choose.
The free version of the app uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers, app context signals, and usage data to serve and measure ads. See Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy for details.
On iOS, the app requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before serving personalised ads. In the EEA and UK, a GDPR consent form is shown before any ads are served. California residents have CCPA rights over ad-related data through the same consent management interface.
Upgrading to premium removes all advertisements and stops all data transmission to Google AdMob.
4. Biometric Data
If you enable biometric protection, the app relies on platform APIs such as Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint authentication. AiO Finance Manager never receives, stores, or transmits biometric templates or raw biometric data.
5. Data Security
- Core financial records stay on-device unless you explicitly export or share them.
- Optional security features use secure local storage and OS-managed biometric checks where available.
- You can remove local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Your finance data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.
- Exported copies follow the retention rules of wherever you save or share them.
- Optional local-network sessions are temporary and tied to your current device activity.
7. Children's Privacy
AiO Finance Manager is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your Rights
Because the app is built around local-first storage, you remain in direct control of your records and exports.
- Review, edit, or delete your finance data directly inside the app.
- Export your records when you want a backup or a portable copy.
- Clear locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or resetting storage on your device.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves or legal requirements change. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
